Our market is primarily purchasing live fish for export to Asia (coral trout and crayfish predominantly). We deal in fresh and frozen reef fish too. We are also branching out into the frozen import market (bait fish, squid tubes etc). Additional services include brokerage services for North Queensland Fisheries symbols, and dockside delivery of bait and tackle for boats that we buy fish from. We also subsidise fishing vessels by prepaying their quota and bait costs, and deduct the cost from their catch.
